The Evesham Police Department is investigating an incident that occurred at 8:30 PM on Saturday, September 23, 2006. An unidentified adult male approached a 12 year old juvenile male and told him he was a friend of his fathers. The adult then attempted to grab the child and as he ran away from the man. While the child was running away the adult began screaming for the child to stop.

It is uncertain why the adult tried to grab the juvenile and Police wish to identify the person involved. He is described as a white male, 5’9” – 5’10”, mid twenties, muscular build, dark brown hair and bushy eyebrows. He was operating an older model white pick up truck with ladder racks that held two ladders. There were patches of bare metal on the truck. Unknown registration plates.

The incident occurred in the area of East Lincoln Drive and Roberts Lane.
