REMARKS: On Wednesday, December
29, 2004 @6:25 pm the above subject approached a 9yr
old girl in the 5Below Store, Marlton Crossings, Route
73 and attempted to lure her out of the store and away
from her mother. The child’s mother approached
this female, the female became nervous and fled the store. The
female spoke broken English with a Spanish accent. She
wore a dark fleece coat and black pants.
