The Evesham Township Police Department in cooperation with the Evesham Township Office of Emergency Management would like to make all residents aware of the following information concerning issues related to snow removal:

• In order to facilitate secondary plowing of Township streets there will be no trash pick-up on Monday, December 21, 2009.
• Township residents are asked to avoid on-street parking whenever possible.
• The Township is requesting that all private contractors engaged in snow removal on private property avoid depositing snow on public streets and intersections. Doing so is illegal and creates a hazard to the motoring public.
• The severity of this weekends winter storm has left many Township residents exhausted and with frayed nerves particularly with the Christmas holiday about to begin. All Township residents are asked to make every effort cooperate with Township employees engaged in snow removal efforts.
