On Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at approximately 2:05 AM five black males entered the Apple Store in the Promenade Shopping Center, 500 Rt. 73 South, by breaking a plate glass window with a large rock located at the front of the store. Once entry was gained one of the suspects made a gesture towards the security guard that they were in possession of a handgun while the suspects removed twenty-three Macbook Pro Laptop computers, fourteen iPhones and nine iPod Touches. Upon obtaining the stolen items the suspects exited the store and traveled south through the parking lot towards a residential development. Two of the suspects were observed wearing a black sweatshirt and a third suspect was observed wearing a red vest with a light colored long sleeve shirt underneath. No additional suspect information is available at this time.
