A Child Safety Program is now being offered by the Evesham Police Department.  We are currently scheduling events by designated neighborhood.  Our officers will meet with the children of the neighborhood to help open a communication bridge to the younger generations. The youngsters are able to sit inside police cars and meet some of the dogs who are a part of our canine unit.  Their parents are given safety information regarding internet safety and bullying.  The parents are also given a child care kit where they can choose to have their children fingerprinted by our officers.  We feel that this program is a worthwhile venture and will continue to offer events on a bi-monthly basis.
