| IMPORTANT NOTICE: AS OF JANUARY 01, 2001 NJSAC 2C:58-3 REQUIRES
THAT ALL APLLICANTS FOR PERMIT TO PURCHASE A HANGUN TO BE
21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. 1.) Applications for firearms may be obtained at the Evesham Township Police Department, Records Department, Monday through Friday, 8:30AM through 9:00pm, normal business days. 2.) Once you have completed (DO NOT DATE OR SIGN) all the necessary documents, you must call the following number for an appointment with Mr. John Haines 856-983-1116. Appointments can only be made weekdays, Monday through Friday and between the hours for 8:00AM through 1:30PM. 3.) You MUST appear in person with your application. You must have at least two forms of identification. One form should be a valid New Jersey Driver s License. 4.) All notifications are made by mail. Please DO NOT CALL the Evesham Township Police, as the processing of your application may take up to several months. 5.) Questions regarding the firearms application may be referred
to the EVESHAM TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT AT 856-983-1116. |
