Command Staff
The Command Staff of the Evesham Police Department consists of the Chief of Police, a Deputy Chief of Police and two Captains.
Joseph Cornely - Chief of Police
The Chief of Police is the head of the organization and is completely responsible for efficidency, discipline and day to day operations of the department. For normal day-to-day operations, including personnel, policy, and fiscal matters, the Chief of Police reports to the Township Manager, Thomas Czerniecki. Mr. Czerniecki reports directly to the Mayor and Township Council. On matters involving criminal investigations, the Chief of Police reports to Burlington County Prosecutor Robert Bernardi.
Michael Barth – Deputy Chief of Police
The Deputy Chief of Police serves as the second in command of the police department. The deputy chief maintains staff supervisory authority over all subordinate personnel within the organization and is responsible for research and planning, managing the Department's written directive system and inspectional services.
Frank Locantore – Police Captain – Administrative Division
The Captain of the Administrative Division oversees all personnel and functions within the administrative division including the following:

Special Response Teams
Property Management

Jeff Gural – Police Captain – Operations Division
The Captain of the Operations Division oversees all personnel and functions within the operations division including the following:
Patrol Bureau
Investigative Bureau
Bicycle Patrol Unit
Canine Unit
